They build them reactively, one urgent decision at a time. Over years, inherited choices become habits, habits become systems, and systems become a practice that was never truly chosen.
This assessment is a mirror. It is not a test. You are not auditing your worth. You are looking honestly at the architecture of the practice you are actually running and noticing which parts you inherited, which parts you built reactively, and which parts you designed with intention.
For each statement, score your practice from 1 (not true in my practice) to 5 (strongly true). Do not overthink the numbers. You are looking for a pattern, not a perfect score. A lower score is not a failure. It is information. It shows you where a thoughtful redesign may create the greatest immediate impact.
